To the Barnett family,I would like to leave my condolences, I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter, I know the feeling so well, I lost my son Jermaine Camphor back in October 2012 complications of sickle cell anemia. May God give you the same strength that he has given me to deal with your loss.

I was a volunteer at Lake Forest Hospital and got to know Debra pretty well. She was such a nice, classy, gentle lady, and I always enjoyed talking to her. I truly will miss her, but I know she is in that better place she so believed in. My deepest sympathies to her mother and her friends. Judi Duncan

I live in Texas and when I had the chance to go to Illinois with my parents I always made time to see Debra.
One of the times we went to Hawthorn Mall we made a stop at one of the dept stores we always stop first at the ladies hats always had to try the hats on and look at each other and laugh. We then went to the perfume counter and spray different ones on. Now remember we were adults and knew better but that did not us . After that we go walk the mall and just catch up. When we were leaving we thought we went out the right exit wrong. She used her car remote to find the car well we did not find it cause it was on the other side of the mall my did we laugh till the last time we talked we laugh about it.
Debra and I have been friends since kindergaten and she was more then a friend she was the sister that I did not have.
I will miss my dear beautiful friend , but I have memories that I will cherish, and knowing that she walks with God pain free .
Love you Debra
Love Cindy
