Mr. Dreyer was my speech teacher in the '60s, as well as guiding the Encore players in school plays, of which I was also a part.
He was kind and well-respected, and brings back many good memories. His wife was my gym teacher, whose last name was Vreeland at that time.
I'm so sorry I didn't see this obit sooner, or I would have been at the funeral home. I'm very sorry that I wasn't there to pay tribute and also to see Mrs. Dreyer again.
