Bill and I spent several years in the prime of our youth. Wild and carefree as young new might ever imagine. Yet, Bill was the one of the crew at that time that had a more inquisitive mind, and a sort of creative zeal. Those were some of Bill's qualities that I'll never forget -- that, and a few late nights driving Deer Lake road at midnight in a '65 Chevy 4-wheel-drive pickup truck with only the running lights situated on the top of the cab and front corners of the hood. Yes, that might have been the time of our lives. Rest in peace my friend.
