Bill, I'm so sorry for your loss. Her passing will be a loss to anyone who has crossed her path, even briefly. She was one of my best memories of my teen years.Just the other day I asked my husband if he wanted "tunie whisker" sandwich for lunch. She had a lot of Sharonisms that I will always remember. God Bless you and your family

Dear Bill, I was saddened to hear of the death of your dear mother. Just before I came back to Ireland I had heard that she was quite ill but no one anticipated that her passing was so close. Both Peggy and I extend to you and Siobhan, the children, your father, brother and extended family our sincere sympathy and regrets. There are few words that one can find that can in any way alleviate the pain of loosing a mother but we thank God that she had not to endure further terrible pain. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. May she rest in the peace and love of Christ. With all our love - Theo and Peggy, Monaghan, Ireland

Bill and family, I am sorry for the loss of Sharon. I worked at the dog pound in Waukegan in the 1970's and Bill and Sharon helped me out with food suggestions and help in general in dealing with a variety of animals. I will always remember Sharon and the Wolfhounds. I also grew up in the Harbor church with Vi Madden and went to school with Carol, so in reading the memorial, it brings back a lot of good memories about the Madden family and the Peacy family. I am sorry that it takes the loss of Sharon to bring up those fond memories of people who have touched our lives. I am sorry for you loss, and thanks for the memories. Terry
