Grandpa,... memories are flooding my mind- and tears my eyes. I look so forward to seeing you again- this time in Heaven. You meant alot to me as a little girl growing up. i remember you and Grandma were watching my brother and I..... it was in the morning and i can still smell the bacon and eggs & the coffee. - Grandpa you were trying to chase me out the door of the old house.... but my hand went right through the glass.. lol. I still have the scar. I think we "both" got in trouble that day. I also remember Zero. You loved that dog. I also remember some of the family going on a trip one year after you bought your camper. i remember you and Grandma going out bowling early evenings and coming home so cheerful. Just way to many memories to list. But Grandpa, thank you for sneeking me a Pepsi now and then. Thank you for playing with me, and letting me come over... or spend the night. Thank you for everything.... and....... I love you..

Dad, I will always remember the things you taught us kids like fishing, camping out, roller skating, bowling....Oh the fun we had as kids. Even playing a ballgame called 500 in the field across the street with us and the neighbor kids. You enjoyed life to its fullest and you took us with you on that journey of yours.

have many wonderful memories dad, like fishing day and night even in the rain in very cold weather till my teeth were clanging. I would beg to go with you and cousin Buster ,when I was pretty young I even went on truck with you when you were doing delievers, not often but I remember those times as if it was yesterday. And the many card games we had, what fun I had. You are my hero ,my knight in shinning armor. MY DAD !!!! I love you ,forever.

Before mom and dad had their new house built we were living in a very old house. Rules were first and formost, no rough housing. One day, my brother Ernie and I were play wrestling in my bedroom and I accidently went completely through the wall into the kitchen. Mom came home and she was very upset. She said wait till your father gets home. Well, dad had always talked about knocking out that wall, so thats just what we told our mom. Dad came home and took one look at the wall and said "I was wanting to knock that wall out anyway". Oh lord, mom was even angrier by then so dad had to come up with a punishment winking at us the entire time.
