Rick was our neighbor and friend of the family ever since I was in grade school. I always remember seeing him outside and he always smiled and waved when he saw us. Rick was a genuine, happy guy who liked to talk to us and make us laugh. He will be greatly missed.
I'm forever grateful for the kindness, care and concern he (and Jackie) had for all of us in the Tomei family..especially for my mom and dad.
Rest In Peace dear friend and neighbor, we'll see you again some day.
