Obituary of Jeanne Brown

Jeanne Reyes Brown, 34, of Zion, Illinois, died on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at home. Jeanne was born March 21, 1976 in Waukegan. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Wadsworth and was employed by Abbott. Jeanne enjoyed exercising, bike riding and spending time with her children and family. She always brought a smile to all. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Andre; her two children, AJ Brown and Aliana Brown both at home; her mother and father, Rosa and Juan Reyes; siblings, Juan (Kelly) Reyes Jr. of Winthrop Harbor, Connie (Michael) Gonzalez of Zion, and Roberta and Joanna Reyes both of San Antonio, Texas; paternal grandparents, Juan and Petra Reyes of Puerto Rico; many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins; and her loving cousin, Mirin Perez who cared for her throughout her illness. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jose and Lucila Perez of Waukegan. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 15000 Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, Illinois. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, Illinois. Visitations will be Thursday, June 17th, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, and again on Friday, June 18th, from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
