Hello: I too am named George Fred Martin. Born in San Diego 1946 and grew up in Waukegan. My class mates (WTHS '64) alerted me of my demise. I am glad it's not me but I am sadden that the world lost another George Fred. There's certainly not enough of us to go around!! From reading the obituary it sounds like your man was a good one. I look forward to meeting up with him in the great beyond. Please accept our condolences. And I hope this brings a little smile to you face. I bet George Fred is smiling about this. Of my. I'm so saddened to hear about Fred's passing. We sat near eachother in more than one class at WTHS and I remember how nice Fred always was to me. My deepest sympathy.
So sorry for your loss, we have known you guys forever, but we never know what the good Lord sends our way, Fred is in a better place now, with no pain, I look forward to seeing you and hugging you again.
