I was sorry to read of your loss and wanted to express my condolences. When death separate family members, such loss can result in deep sorrow. The Bible assures us that it is God's will that we enjoy life forever on earth, under the rule of His kingdom. (Matt.6:9,10; Ps.37:10,11,29) May memories of happy times and the love of family and dear friends comfort you all in the days ahead.

We are sorry for your loss. We have alot of memories of your Dad as our Dad's lab partner for many years at Abbott Labs. Also as a good friend and a former fishing buddy. Thank you for bringing your Dad to our Dad's funeral visitation five years ago this May-we enjoyed listening to his stories of their days together in the research lab.

Our prayers are with you gals during this hard time. Uncle Jack is in a better place where he is no longer suffering. I know personally how hard it is to lose a father but keep your strength up and know that he is not closer to you than ever before. I loved Uncle Jack like my own father. He was an amazing Great Uncle to me. He treated me like his little angel. I remember when I was a little girl I told Uncle Jack I was going to marry him. Then when I told him I was engaged he told me, I thought you were going to marry me? We laughed together and I told him that I will always love him much more than any other man besides my dad but I found the younger version of him and I want to marry him. He laughed and said well at least you see now what you get to look forward to in the coming years. Uncle Jack was and still is the most amazing man I have known besides my dad. He truly exemplifies what it means to be a great person, father, and family man. He used to come over with Millie to my grandma Pearl's house to play cards and he used to tell me so many jokes.... I remember telling him, Uncle Jack, how do you remember these jokes. He told me I just have a great memory. Uncle Jack was always smiling even on the worst of his days. He is a lot like my grandma Pearl, they are both very loving and loyal people who have huge hearts. I will miss Uncle Jack everyday but I know he will be with us in spirit. Hugs and Kisses, Angela and John Jordan
