Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of Charlie. I knew him when he worked at Lake Forest Country Day School and remember his kind and gentle nature and his ability to build just about anything! I know he will be greatly missed.

To the Mink Family, Im very sad to hear of Charlies passing. In the 7 years since his retirement I have thought of him at least once a week. His talents and problem solving abilities helped me for 17 years and I will never forget him. The dictionary definition of a gentleman is Charlie. He will be missed by all and I know he will building something or solving a problem in Heaven. I will miss you my friend. Scott Mitchell

Dear Mink Family, I remember Charlie one of the nicest people I ever met and as a fine craftsman who was able and willing to build anything needed. We all loved his presence here at LFCDS. My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this sad time. Anne Cook

Charlie was a very special member of the LFCDS family. He was always willing to help out when needed. He built a workbench for my students at which they still love to work. He built a beautiful cabinet for my classroom and sturdy bookshelves as well as many other projects. I think of Charlie often as I use his creations. Charlie was an amazing craftsman and a true gentleman. All of us at LFCDS will never forget him.
