Uncle Wally was a wonderful uncle and an honor to have in our lives. I know heaven rejoiced the day he went to his heavenly home. God Bless Bruce, John, Bob, Lucille and families. Love you all. May God comfort you all.
Walter was a gleeful cribbage player. He would play quietly, sometimes muttering to himself, until the moment to pounce on his opponents. Then he would look around the table and announce, "The worm has turned!" We lived for those moments.
Walter and Ruth were like a second set of parents to me. In their presence from the time I was a newborn they supported what ever activities Bruce and I got into. I will miss Walter greatly.
