My condolences to all of the family. I met Don many years ago when he married my friend, Dottie. I didn't know Don well, but he was obviously a very nice person. May he rest in peace.

I am the daughter of Bob Janezich. "Springer" and my dad were friends for many many years. They grew old together and shared life's up and downs. They had a lot of fun together too. You never knew what they were into--Anything! I don't have a memory of Don not ever being in my life. He was always there. He was a great friend and a part of our family. He was always there for all of us and was always there-on his way to help us when we were in a bind. He was a wonderful soul and a special person. I will really miss him, for he was always there.I know my dad and Don are together again, I know they are having a lot of fun together again, just like they did here. Don was my family, he was wonderful, he will be missed.

Ron & Family, Mr. Springer was a man I have always respected and admired. For the years I spent growing up on Catherine St. I will always remember his sense of humor, his dedication to his family, and most of all for his compassion when would get our butts in trouble in the neighborhood. His memory will always be a part of my life. My heart felt sympathy to all, Hanky Tonyan

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I knew Don many years ago when we were members of the "Blue Lites" club. About that time we celebrated Randy's birthday party at my house and I got to meet his wonderful family. The last time I saw Don & Terry was at Bob Janezich's funeral and he looked very happy and healthy. This is quite a shock to those who only saw him on occasions.
