Obituary of Christine Schultz

Christine Joyce Schultz (nee Ladewig) was called home to Rejoice In Paradise with her Lord Jesus Christ on February 23, 2014, after a courageous battle with leukemia. She was born in Waukegan, IL. on December 28, 1937, to Emil and Martha Ladewig, Christine leaves behind many loving family members to cherish her memory including her sister, Sharon Masterson, Round Lake Beach, brother, Mickey Ladewig, Tennesee, brother, Dale Ladewig, Rice Lake, WI, children: Mary Queen (Printes) Davis, Kenosha, WI, Deborah Langley, Kenosha, WI, Donna Cisneroz, Kenosha, WI, John Langley, Kenosha, WI, Barbara (Richard) Brand, of Lancaster, CA, 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, along with a host of many special people in her life, including members of the Christian Fellowship Church Family, friends, and neighbors at Carmel House Apartments in Zion, IL. Christine was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Schultz, son, James Paul Morey, siblings, Emil Ladewig Jr., Ann Brewer, Kathy Mills and her parents, Emil and Martha Ladewig. Christine accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior in April, 1984, and had served as a faithful member of Christian Fellowship Church in Waukegan for almost 30 years. She loved and lived for Christ and knew He would one day call her home to His house in Heaven. Arrangements are in the care of Congdon Funeral Home in Zion, IL. Public Visitation is Saturday, March 1st, from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM. Service follows at 3:00 PM with Pastor Peter Paine officiating. Private Interment will be Monday, March 3rd, and is for immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the family to help with burial and service expenses.
