Obituary of William Putwen

William "Bill" John Putwen, 58, of Zion, IL passed away February 16, 2014. Bill was born June 3, 1955 in Chicago, IL. Bill leaves behind his beloved mother, Dorothy Putwen; a son, Will Putwen; a sister, Cindy (Jeff Zielinski) Stollings; 2 brothers, Michael (Christine) and Patrick (Erin); nieces, nephews, and many close friends, one of which he recently lost, Liz Niemitz. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Putwen. He we be deeply missed by nieces, nephews, friends, and family. He is no longer suffering in pain and we thank the Lord for his presence. God bless all. Visitation was held Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. A funeral service followed at 7:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
