Obituary of Ann Ksiezak

Ann A. Ksiezak, 81, of Chicago, IL, died on Saturday, April 5, 2008, at Sheridan Health Care Center in Zion, IL, after a brief stay. She was born August 28, 1926, in Chicago to the late Samuel and Anna Laho. Ann attended Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church in Chicago. She was a dedicated homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include a son, James (Bobbi) Ksiezak of Antioch, IL; and grandsons, Matthew and Phil Ksiezak. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thaddeus S. Ksiezak in 1971; and sister, Lillian Laho in 2001. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Humility Church, 10655 W. Wadsworth Rd., Beach Park. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in River Grove, IL. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, from 7:00-9:00p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL
