All of your family have beautiful eyes that twinkle. Eileen, you made it obvious to me that it was possible to be with someone for many years and still be crazy about him. You two beat the odds. I'll always remember John as big, tall and handsome and so proud of his girls. My heart goes out to you. God bless you and comfort you and may John rest in peace until that day you are reunited forever in heaven.

To the Stansbury family, please accept my deepest condolences during this difficult time. John and I recently worked together and had neighboring cubicles. He was a great teammate! Always willing to help, listen and make us laugh. He had great stories. And we could always discuss the Green Bay Packers! I feel very blessed to have known John and I will miss him dearly. May the peace of God be with all of you.

My condolences to the Stansbury family. John was my boss at Abbott Labs for almost ten years. He gave me the opportunity to grow as an employee and as a person during the time I worked for him. He was always willing to give recognition for a job well done. I am proud to have known him.

Everyone who came in contact with John was blessed! His smile, humor and kindness touched us all. I was a fellow contractor at Abbott and always looked forward to my daily visit with John. I told him often, he should be on the radio - he had a very distinctive quality to his voice, a wonderful sound. I consider myself blessed to have know John and may his family know he spoke of you everyday with such fondness, thought and pride. God Bless John and his family!

To the Stansbury family, please accept my deepest condolences during this challenging time. May God grant you all a peaceful heart, comforting memories and enduring strength.
John was such a wonderful person and he will be greatly missed. At the end of our staff meetings, he would say, "It was my pleasure" - and I can truly say the same about working with him. What a beautiful spirit

I only knew John for approximately 3 years but I will never forget him. He was a very kind soul. He went out of his way to make you feel good about yourself. Always available to talk or I should say listen and alway knew the right thing to say. To John's family, I am so very sorry for your loss. He will always be remembered.

Remembering your "larger than life" personality and friendship. We shared a lot of memories about Abbott "way back when" and a lot of laughs together. May your family be sustained by many wonderful memories and you float among the angels.
