Jake was a fantastic woman, generous, humorous, honest and caring. I have known her for over 20 years and will miss her. I always enjoyed talking to her and listening to her life. Whether it was watching her get on that huge tractor to mow the lawn,see her near her pool in the yard or reminisce about her Chubby...she will be missed greatly.
Rich, Len and families, Your mom was always one of my favorite people. I would look for her when bowling in a women's tournament. She was always upbeat and a lot of fun. She's an inspiration to keep doing what you enjoy and be a friend to everyone. We bowlers will miss her!
Rich and Len, we moved from Gurnee to Mountain Home, Arkansas 14 years ago but have kept in touch with your mother over the years. We came to know her in 1962 when our first son was born. She was such an encouragement at that time ... and we have always looked forward to her Christmas cards and personal notes over the years. We are praying for you as you go through this time of loss.
