Obituary of Carol Rodbro

Carol Ann Rodbro, 54, of Waukegan, IL died on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Carol was born August 14, 1957 in Waukegan. She was an active member of Emmanuel Faith Bible Christian Center of North Chicago where she served as Minister of Music. Carol retired November 30, 2011 after 34 years at the Ann Kiley Center in Waukegan. Survivors include her husband Patrick; one son Ryan Rodbro of Zion, IL; siblings Allan (Karen) Peterson of Union Grove, WI, Robert (Sharon) Peterson of Pulaski, WI, Harold (Doris) Peterson of Houston, TX, John Peterson of Winthrop Harbor, IL, David Peterson of Kiel, WI, Joyce Smith of Zion, IL, Norma (Gordon) Flood of Libertyville, IL, and Connie Trader of Waukegan, IL; and several nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by two sons Joseph Brian Rodbro and Anthony Rodbro; one brother Bruce Tillman; and her father and mother Alvah and Annie Tillman. Visitation will be Thursday, January 19, 2012, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20th, at 10:30 a.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home with Bishop Wells Griffins of Emmanuel Faith Bible Christian Center officiating. Interment will follow at Northshore Garden of Memories, North Chicago. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family have been suggested.
