Obituary of Earl Seaver

Earl Seaver, 94, of Beach Park, IL died on Friday, May 3, 2013, at Rolling Hills Manor Nursing Home in Zion. He was born September 9, 1918 in Ft. Dodge, IA and moved to this area in 1950 from Antigo, WI. Earl was a member of Christian Assembly of God Church of Zion. He retired from United States Steel Corp. Earl was a Veteran of World War II having served with the United States Army. Survivors include his wife Frances; and one sister June Chapman of Marshfield, WI. He was preceded in death by his first wife Emma; two sisters Sharon Mann and Donna Miller; and his parents Walter and Ethel Seaver. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 8, 2013, from 8:00 until 10:00 a.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pineview Memorial Park, Beach Park, IL.
