Obituary of June Briggs

June L. Briggs, 86, of Winthrop Harbor, IL died on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Aurora Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI. She was born May 9, 1926 in Grayslake, IL. June was employed for many years at Liberty Coach in North Chicago, IL. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Richard; grandchildren Jackie (Thurman) Tackett of Zion, IL and Patty (Matthew) Grashen of Kenosha, WI; and great-grandchildren Joshua, Racquel, Matthew Jr., Dawn, and Jimmy. She was preceded in death by her daughter Judy Belanger; her mother Elizabeth Reed; and her sister JoAnne. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2013, from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL.
