Al:
I will always remember how your eyes lit up when you shared your latest "city excursion" with Jason, Molly, and myself during our holiday dinners. You enjoyed your life to the fullest, and were one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of knowing. May you rest in peace. Leahanna Horn

Was sorry to hear that you have lost your brother, Barbara. My memories of you and Allen go back to our days on Elizabeth Avenue where we all grew up. I still remember playing in the back yard of your house and the salamander collection that Allen had among other things. I used to see Allen on occasion when went back to visit family in Zion. May I extend my sympathy to all of Allen's friends and family. Sincerely, Myra

When I walk my dog about 5:30 pm, Al came with us. Even though being a cat person, Al always had a kind word to say to my dog, Tippy. Always saying hello when joining us along with a few strokes down her back and always saying goodbye when we departed after our walk. I can tell Tippy misses Al as much as I do because she stops when we pass by and Als not there to meet us anymore.
On our walks we'd talk about current events, the weather and TV shows we just saw. Oh we had our arguments too, but when I went my way and he went his after our walk, it was always...see ya tomorrow.
We will miss you, my friend.
Larry and Tippy.
