Obituary of Daniel Stultz-Blohm

Daniel Daniel Stultz-Blohm, 49, of Glen Lake Terrace Nursing Home passed away January 1, 2013. Daniel was born November 22, 1963 in Terre Haute, IN and lived in the Waukegan area all of his life. He is survived by his sister Tiffany (Micah) Cress of Winthrop Harbor; nephews Jacob and Matthew Cress; one niece Eva Cress; and Art Griffith, who treated Dan like a son. Daniel was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, William Stultz and Judith Blohm, and stepfather Robert Blohm. A Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion with Rev. Bill Owen officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
