Obituary of Edward Clark

Edward "Ed" Clark, 62, of Waukegan died December 27, 2007 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. Ed was born July 9, 1945 in Waukegan. He was a graduate of Waukegan High School. He retired from the Waukegan School district as a mechanic and also worked for Lee Auto Parts. Ed was an avid car enthusiast who loved both restoring and driving his street rods. Survivors include his loving wife, Judy; five sons, Robert Clark of Georgia, Edward A. (Debbie) Clark Jr. of Zion, Jeff (Jennifer) Goza of Waukegan, Gregory Goza of Grayslake, and Griffin Goza of Grayslake; seven grandchildren, Susan, Richard and Brandon Clark, Phoebe, Hayley, Brittany and Brandon Goza; his mother, Cecelia Clark of Harvey, Louisiana; his sister, Barbara (Donald) Robbins of Harvey, Louisiana; special family friend, Wendy Richards; and his devoted pets, Sunnie and Teddie. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Clark Sr. Services will be private for the family. Memorial donations may be made in Ed's name to STAR Hospice, 99 Greenwod Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085.
