Obituary of Charles Lewallen
Charles E. Lewallen,55, of Wheatland, WI, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2007.
Charles was born November 21, 1951, in Waukegan, IL, and married Dawn Dobson on September 17, 1999, in Waukegan. He was a heavy equipment operating engineer for Union Local #150 and was a veteran of the United States Army. Charles was a loving and devoted husband, brother, and friend.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn; brother, Albert (Elaine) Lewallen of San Diego, CA; sisters, Jeannette Mercado-Kaiser of Winthrop Harbor, Bonnie (Melquiades) Larriuz of Zion, Charlene Lewallen of San Diego, CA, Denese Hernandez of Gurnee, IL; brothers, Ronald Lewallen of Colorado, Lloyd (Ruth) Lewallen of Mundelein, IL, Darryl (Deborah) Lewallen of Antioch, IL; and sister, Moniray Lewallen of Winthrop Harbor, IL; sister-in-law, Debra (John) Kneip of Port St. Lucie, FL; brother-in-law, Rick Wickard of Gays Mills, WI, and numerous nephews and nieces and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Eugene and Dolly Lewallen.
An interment service will be held at the Mt. Olivet Memorial Park Chapel 1436 Kenosha Rd., Zion on Monday, September 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family are suggested.
