Dear Jayne, Sue, Regena and Jack, Please accept our deepest sympathies in the loss of your mom. Bub was a very special person who will be missed by everyone who was fortunate to have known her. "Precious in the sight of the LORD [is] the death of his saints." Psalms 116:15 - May God bless you and comfort you.

To Mrs. Woodman's children and extended family: My family was visited by your mom with the gift of a beautifully baked Neopolitan cake at the time of the death of my father years ago. The only connection she has with us was my attendance at C.C.C. and choir a teen. I never forgot her kindness to me and I know it impacted my dear mother. I also know now in a deeper way, that this act of kindness was a result of her devotion and love for Jesus Christ. I feel so blessed to have known her and will be praying for all of you, her dear family for the peace and comfort of God's spirit in the days to come. Sincerely, Junella Gustafson

My most vivid memories of Mrs. Woodman besides how vivacious and energetic she remained, are how she included me in the rides she gave Jayne to high school. I lived on the 2900 block of the same street on which their house was two blocks north. She turned around one time on a morning in late spring en route to high school when I realized I had forgotten my yearbook, and autographs were precious to obtain, especially as the opportunity waned on the dwindling days left of school. She realized how important it was to me getting those yearbook autographs from classmates. She brought me back home while she and Jayne waited in the car while I dashed in to retrieve my annual and bring it to school. I've never forgotten how sensitive she was to an issue that would be so important to a school child.
