Obituary of Barbara Leech

Barbara J. Leech, 61, of Winthrop Harbor, died on Monday, July 23, 2007 at home following a long illness. She was born February 4, 1946 in Waukegan and she was a member of Our Lady of Humility Church of Beach Park. Barbara is survived by her husband of 28 years, Doug; children Katie (Glen) Scott of Las Vegas, Nevada and Tim Leech of Winthrop Harbor; her mother Florence Furlan of Beach Park; and siblings Patricia Sandy of Burlington, Wisconsin, Larry Furlan of Beach Park and Frank J. Furlan Jr. of Gurnee. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank J. Furlan Sr. Visitation will be Thursday, July 26, 2007, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, July 27th, at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Humility Church, 10655 W. Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Interment will follow at Northshore Garden of Memories, North Chicago.
