Obituary of Ruth Robinson

Ruth Ann Robinson of Libertyville, Illinois, died on Monday, July 9, 2007, at Winchester House in Libertyville. Ruth was born in Bark River, Michigan, was raised in Escanaba, Michigan and was a longtime resident of Chicago. Survivors include her children Robert (Rita) Nelson of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Linda (Ed) Vondran of Henderson, Nevada, Robert (Virginia) Goodnough of Chicago, Illinois, Pam McKinney of Libertyville, Illinois, Tom Gasman of Phoenix, Arizona, Debbie Kenny of Las Vegas, Nevada, Tim (Holly) Gasman of Skandia, Michigan, and John Gasman of Phoenix, Arizona; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Robinson; one daughter Tammy Gasman; one grandson Christopher McKinney Jr.; and her parents John and Agnes Barker. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, with Rev. Robert Rhyne officiating.
