Obituary of Eugene Clark

Eugene Clark, 80, of Beach Park, died on Friday, June 22, 2007, at the Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion. Eugene was born January 31, 1928 in Hamilton, Alabama. He served in the United States Army and was retired from Johns-Manville in Waukegan. He was a loving father and grandfather. Eugene is survived by children, Mary Jean Welch of Winthrop Harbor, IL, Todd Tucker of Zion, IL, and Stephen Tucker of Winthrop Harbor, IL; a granddaughter, Allexandrea Welch; and one brother, Oather (June) Clark. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy, in 2002; father and mother, Rev. Charles Calvin Clark and Odie Clark; and one brother, Frank Clark. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery in Beach Park. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
