Obituary of Barbara Reynolds

Barbara J. Reynolds, 51, of Winthrop Harbor, IL, died on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Barbara was born March 21, 1955 in Kenosha, WI, and was employed as a legal secretary for her special friend, Attorney John T. Jursich. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. Barbara loved camping. She is survived by her partner in love and life, Ryan Scott Haws; daughters, Candy (Jose) Macias of Zion, IL, Tanya Haws of Zion, IL, Nancy Haws of Winthrop Harbor, IL; son, Courtney (Tiffany) Turner of Wisconsin; grandchildren, Gaby, Jose Jr., Jessica, and Angelica Macias, LaTanya and Mariah Nelson, Yalen, Burdine, Alijah, Jada and Aysha Turner, and Deion and Daren Hargrove. Also surviving are her mother, Louise McWhorter of Beach Park, IL; brothers, Ricky (Andrea) McWhorter of Washogal, WA, Bruce (Tami) McWhorter of Antioch, IL, Michael McWhorter and Mark (Shelly) McWhorter both of Beach Park, IL; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, James McWhorter in 1983; and a grandchild, Taylor Turner. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 12, 2007 at 7 PM at CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion. Interment will be private for the family. Visitation will be from 5 PM Monday until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
