I was very sorry and sad to hear about "Auntie" Jean. She and my mom Ann Bragg had known each other for about 45 years. They were like sisters, and everyone thought they were sisters. It seems like they did everything together, as real sisters do. They worked together at the Cancer Treatment Center (now called City of Hope) in Zion for about 30 years. When my parents retired, they moved to Missouri, then Jean and "Uncle" Norman moved down to Missouri also. It was really funny when Dad got a Honda Gold Wing motorcycle, he and mom started taking vacations and weekend road trips. Not long afterwards, Norman and Jean were right behind them on their own Honda Gold Wing motorcycle! The four of them traveling across the country on the highways and byways like four senior teenagers! Then when Norman and my dad both died, Mom and Jean both moved back to Illinois. Both of them even ended up in the same nursing home together! Until we meet again, mom and I miss you! May you rest in peace forever in your Heavenly home, Auntie Jean!
