Obituary of Mary Corcoran-Hakala

Mary Beth Corcoran (McManaman), 65, of Winthrop Harbor, IL, entered into eternal rest on February 18, 2024. Born on April 21, 1958, to the late John and Dorothy McManaman, Mary was a devoted wife to her late husband Michael (Razzle) Corcoran, and a nurturing mother to her late children, Carrie and Bradley.

Mary dedicated over twenty years of service to her community as a treasured waitress at Louie's in Waukegan, touching the lives of many with her warm presence. Her love and commitment to her family knew no bounds, and her grandchildren—Michael, Madisen, Mason, Mitchel, and Aden—were her pride and joy.

Left to honor Mary's memory are her gracious daughter-in-law Sonya, her caring sisters Lynn Bohlman and Laura (Greg) Winniewicz, her brother Michael (Karen) McManaman, and an array of beloved nieces and nephews whom she adored.

Mary now reunites in peace with her cherished husband Razzle, children Carrie and Bradley, her sister Susan Gornik, her brother Timothy McManaman, her nephew CJ McManaman, and her niece Dawn Smalley, who all preceded her in passing.

The Corcoran family invites friends and loved ones to join in a Memorial Service celebrating Mary's life, to be held at Our Lady of Humility Church on April 20, 2024, at 9:30 am. Mary's kind spirit and loving heart will be deeply missed and eternally remembered by all who were fortunate to know her.
