Obituary of Gwendolyn Ruskin

Gwendolyn Ruskin, 62, passed away on March 4, 2024 at her home in Zion, Illinois surrounded by her family.

She was born on March 2, 1962 in Lagrange, Georgia the daughter of Lonnie Truitt, and Marie Ruskin. 

Gwendolyn was more then just a wife, mother and grandmother; she leaves behind her husband, Clarence Kennedy; children, Tamika Ruskin, Chanel (Tyrone Stewart) Ruskin-Stewart, Chaneka (Daniel Jones) Ruskin-Jones, Eric (Crystal) Freeman, and Glenn Campbell; grandchildren, Chaniya Ruskin, Eric Freeman, Christopher Freeman, Tyrin Stewart, Xavier Freeman, Tyson Stewart, Danyel Jones, Aliyah Jones, and Amiyah Jones; and sisters and brothers.

She is preceded in death by her mother Marie Davis; step-father, Willie Frank Davis; and father Lonnie Truitt.
