Obituary of Juliet Hardin

Juliet Hardin, 85, of Winthrop Harbor, IL, passed away on January 28, 2024.

Juliet was born March 22, 1938 in Hyden, Kentucky. She was married to Paul Hardin on July 27, 1958. Juliet worked for Abbott Labs, Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Great Lakes Naval Base.

Juliet loved bingo, word search puzzles, and sitting on the patio listening to country music.

She is survived by her children, John W. (Cheryl) Hardin and Deanna (Daniel Jr) Curley; grandchildren, James P. Fourney, Travis Curley, Rebecca Curley, Justin (Pila) Hardin, and Amber (Lenny) Ramos; one great grandchild; siblings, Virgina “Sici” (Shane) Wilson, Vera (Dan) Routt, and Ivan Vuckovich; and various nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hardin; mother, Floice Bowling; and brother James Bishop.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL. 60099.
