Obituary of Norma Lee Tims

Norma Lee Tims, 81, of Beach Park, Illinois, passed away on November 21, 2023.

Norma was born on May 26, 1942 in Waukegan, Illinois and was a 1960 graduate from Waukegan East High School. On April 11, 1981 Norma married James Tims.

Norma was the most amazing wife, mother, and homemaker. She was an award winning crafter, amazing artist, amazing grandmother and known to be one tough Lady!

Norma is survived by her husband, James; children, Jodi Hinson and Jim Scott, Tom Stroik, Donna (Jim) Ward, Kelly ( Rich) Ringler, Matt (Deanna) Stroik, Traci (Glenn) Andersen, Kristi (Jose) Juarez, and Chelly (Kevin) Eric; grandchildren, Adam and Ryan Hinson, Andrew and Zach Ward, Kevin Gieseking, Kyle and Kailey Gieseking, Michael Ringler, Clinton Baker and Allison Stroik, Jessica Franchesca, Kade and Kody Heidenreich, Stephanie Martinez and Devin Eric; 12 Great grandchildren; brother, Robert Burnside; sisters-in-law, Debbie Tims and Kathleen Burnside.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Kathryn Burnside; brothers, Richard and Jack Burnside.
