Obituary of Joyce Ann Tatro

Joyce Ann Tatro,79, of Zion, Illinois passed away November 19, 2023. 

Joyce was born March 19,1944 in Waukegan, IL. She graduated from Waukegan High School then married Kenneth Tatro in Waukegan, IL they settled down and raised their seven children. Joyce was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Waukegan.

Joyce is survived by her children, Brenda (Glen) Merry of Round Lake, IL, Linda (John) Tatro-Inman of Zion, IL, Donna Tatro, of Zion, IL, Michael (Shannon) Tatro of Phoenix, AZ, Pamela (Oreste) Flores of Zion, IL, Kevin (Stephanie) Tatro of Dickson, TN; grandchildren, Erica Tatro, Michelle (Jacob) Tatro, Christina (Daniel) Tatro, Michael Jr. Tatro, Theodore (Amber) Flores, Maggie Flores, Scott Jr. (Marisol) Tatro, Lance Merry, Jillian Merry, Caleb Tatro, Areana Tatro, and Sean Tatro; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Austin in 2002; son, Scott D. Tatro Sr. in 1999; and husband, Kenneth D. Tatro in 1988.

Per Joyce wishes, there will be no services, a Celebration of Life will be in the Spring of 2024.
