My deepest condolences to the entire family on the loss of Sterling. Always been a wonderful good guy. Helped out anyone who needed it. We will always remember him as the good guy he's always been since childhood. Rest from your labor Sterling. You will be missed!!
Sterling was a great friend. When I invited him to a political party, he knew no one, but by the end of the night all the ladies wanted to dance with him. When I moved out of Illinois, he knew I could not repay the favor but still spent hours helping me move. We stayed in touch. I already miss our talks on the phone.

Sterling and I went to school together. I’ve known this kind heart since I was 14 years old and we both worked at piggly wiggly. His heart went out to everyone. He was such an awesome friend. And cherished his friends and family. He will be missed greatly! I hope he’s watching an awesome hair band in the sky! His love for everything 80s was contagious. And we talked music all the time. I’ll miss ya bud! You’ve touched a lot of lives in such a positive way. And we will always remember you!
I am really sorry to hear of Sterling’s passing! He was always such a kind person! He always tried to help me with Math as I was not very good at it! We had many classes together over the four years at ZB and the couple years at Central Jr High. I will always remember him with a smile on his face. He was always a very caring person who’d do anything for you! I enjoyed keeping in touch over the years since we graduated. I will miss him! Sending prayers up for your family!! Sterling was one of the most politest young man you would ever meet. Always would be quick to hold a door open for a lady and call me Mrs. Craig with a great big smile. Was a great and loyal friend to my daughter Maria. He was an Angel on Earth and now his time to shine and be an Angel in Heaven. He will greatly be miss by our family.
