I first met Carolyn at the Republican office in Kenosha. I wanted to help out in the office and Carolyn was there to show me the ropes. She was so sweet and kind. After the election, we lost touch. But I was very happy that a couple of years later, Carolyn and John joined the Paddock Lake Lions Club which I am a member of. And even through her illness, she was still as sweet as could be. She always had a smile. I wish that I could have gotten to know her better. I am sure that she was the sunshine that brightened the world for all that she knew. My prayers of comfort for John and family. She will be missed.
