Obituary of Kathleen G. Peck

Kathleen G. Peck,80, passed away to be with her Lord on July 30, 2023, surrounded by her family at home. She was born on August 23, 1942 in Waukegan, Illinois to Stanley and Katherine (Schmidt) Serkowski. 

She married the love of her life Joseph Peck in Waukegan, Illinois. Kathleen attended Shepherd's Chapel Church in Gravete, Arkansas, and worked at IHOP as a waitress. She loved "Bumming" which entailed yard sale and thrift store shopping. Kathleen had a natural green thumb and loved house plants. She enjoyed crocheting, and had a wonderful sense of humor. 

Kathleen is survived by her children, Lisa (James) Scott-Boardwine, John (partner Tracey) Scott, and Michelle (George) Scott-Miller; grandchildren, Timothy Scott, Ala-Aldean Scott, Megan Scott- Price, Hanna Cohen, Kirstie Scott, Monica Scott; seven great-grandchildren; siblings David (Tam) Serkowski, and Donald (Heidi) Serkowski; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by daughter, Bernadette Wido; brothers Stanley (Mary Ann) Serkowski Jr., Daniel Serkowski; and parents Katherine and Stanley Serkowski.
