Obituary of Roy Norvell

Roy Lee Norvell Sr., age 89, of Waukegan, Illinois died Sunday, November 13, 2011 surrounded by his family at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Round Lake Beach. Roy was born July 5, 1922 in Louisville, Kentucky. Roy was a member of the Spirit of Life Church in Zion, Illinois. Roy is survived by his ex-wife, Mary; children Violet D. Norvell of Zion, Roy Lee Norvell Jr. of Zion, Rosemarie P. (Gilbert) Chagoya of Arizona, Carla J. Norvell of Zion, and Dora (Steve) Czarnecki of Missouri; also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and his siblings. A grave side service will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Northshore Garden of Memories, North Chicago, Illinois.
