Obituary of Dean Beith Sr.

Dean Beith Sr. of Zion, IL passed away on June 4, 2023 at his new home in Kenosha with his children by his side.

Dean was born August 4th, 1939 to John & Marie Beith. He attended Zion Benton High School. He married Mary Petty in January of 1962 and they went on to have 5 children together, they later divorced. He worked for Johns Manville in Waukegan for nearly 30 years and retired at the age of 59. He really loved nature and enjoyed hunting, fishing, boondocking, owning scramblers and three wheelers as well as camping with his family as his favorite hobbies.

Survivors include his children Dean of Kenosha, Roger of Kenosha, Elizabeth Kelly of Kenosha, and Brian Golwitzer of Wausau, Wisconsin; two sisters Jean Roberts and Barbara Torres; brother Jim Beith; 10 grandchildren, Richard Evans, Randy Evans, Brandon Evans, Ariana Evans, Paul Kelly, Jessica Kaplan, Rachel Kaplan, Autumn Kaplan, Sandy Golwitzer & Anastasia Golwitzer as well as 10 great grandchildren.

Dean is preceded in death by his father John Beith, mother Marie Beith, brother Jack Beith, and Dean's daughter E. Annette Evans.

In accordance to Dean’s wishes no funeral services will be held.
