Obituary of Pauline Goetz

Pauline R. "Polly Goetz, 82, formerly of Bradenton, FL and Gurnee, IL, died on Saturday, November 18, 2006, at the Claridge Healthcare Center in Lake Bluff, IL. She was born, September 26, 1924, in Kuttawa, KY, and married James Goetz on April 15, 1944, in Gainesville, FL. Pauline was a former employee of Illinois Bell Telephone Company, American Hospital Supply, and Tri- Form Company in Gurnee. Survivors include two daughters, Donna (Gerald) Jenelewicz of Winthrop Harbor, IL, and Diane (Ron) Axberg of Beach Park, IL; four grandchildren, James Jenelewicz of Waukegan, IL, Lisa (Bill) Thumme of Loves Park, IL, Michelle Axberg of AZ and Shane Axberg of WI; three great-grandchildren; Jordan Hook and Caleb and Garrett Thumme; two brothers, Hal (Joan) Satterfield of Waukegan, IL, and Nellie Satterfield of Savanna, IL; five sisters, Loy Paquette of MI, Bonnie Niemi of Gurnee, Il, Donna (Russell) Stimple of CA, Joyce (Dave) Dever of Wadsworth, IL, and Babe (Red) Anderson of Beach Park, IL. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews; and long time friends, Raye Madole and Jackie Toppe of Bradenton, Florida. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, James in 1989;father and mother, Frank and Anna Satterfield; and by five brothers and three sisters. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, with Rev. Gehl Devore officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Libertyville, IL. Visitation will be Tuesday from9:00 a.m. until the time service at the funeral home.
