Obituary of Louise M Jenkins

Louise M. Jenkins of Zion, IL. passed away January 17, 2023, was born on December 26, 1964 in Chicago, IL.

Louise was raised in an avid fishing family. Her father was a charter boat captain on Lake Michigan and not long after high school she became a licensed charter boat captain herself. This is where she met her husband, Robert.

Louise was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who adored and took pride in her family.

Louise is survived by her husband Robert Jenkins; daughter Crystal Montvid; grandchildren Jae Kim, Tae Kim; mother-in-law Myrtle Jenkins; brothers Eddie Montvid jr., and Michael Montvid.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, Illinois. Chapel service with interment will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Elm Lawn Cemetery, 401 East Lake Street, Elmhurst, Illinois.
