Wayne found Christ at an early age and after graduating from high school. He moved to Zion, Illinois. Later he joined the holy matrimony to Mrs. Carrie Peet. Unto this union four children were born.

Wayne was a hardworking individual who made sure his family never went without. Wayne worked for Fiat Tractor Company as well as Kimble and Glaspie Landscaping and Blacktopping. And carried a variety of construction skills. Wayne’s pride was in his family, friends and work. He shared his landscaping knowledge and skills with many others over the years.
