Obituary of Myles S. Alden

Myles S. Alden, 39, of Beach Park, IL passed away suddenly on July 29, 2022.

Myles was born September 17, 1982 in Lake Forest, Illinois.  He attended Zion-Benton Township High School with the class of 2000.  Myles was a self employed mechanic and enjoyed motorcycles, sprint car racing and trips to Tennessee.

He is survived by his daughter, Ava; parents, Harold and Jean; brothers, Nicholas (Samantha), Harold Jr “Harry” (Heather), and Greg (Jessica); and many aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Nicholas and Ethel “Jack” Geraldi; and his paternal grandparents, Myles Standish and Irma Alden.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion.  A funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion.
