Miranda and family. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Will never forget the time we were stopping for the night in Biloxi, MS and were going into casino and “ ran into” Brian in the elevator!! Gary and I had not seen him for at least 15-20 years and they recognized each other! Love and sympathy to you all. Gary and Carol King

OMG, I knew Brian from high school and one time in Northern Italy we ran in to each other as our navy ships were docked on the same pier together. So of course, we went out and had a few Italian "Berra Peroni's" together. He was a great person and will be sadly missed by his family, the navy and myself. I remained in the navy as Brian did and retired as a Master-at-Arms (Aircrew) Chief Petty Officer, Military Police Chief K-9 (Narcotic Detection). I will pass the word of his passing on the Facebook Navy Chief Petty Officer's and Navy Electrician web page groups. Brian will always be remembered as a dedicated sailor and friend. He put 110% in all of his endeavors, both military his civilian career and as a husband and father. I will sorely miss Brian even though we haven't seen each other since 1962 on those days in Italy but we will always be sailor brothers together no matter where or what.
With great sadness, Robert (Bob) C. Winters Jr USN Retired & Federal Physical Security Specialist Retired. I wish you God speed, fair winds and following seas. King Neptune, ruler of the seas, has the watch.
