I am a retired Vietnam Marine and can feel thee tremendous loss when Sgt. Major went to the main Commandant. I never had the pleasure of meeting this great man but I did view the film of his life. Awesome well lived life. Your loss is felt here I lost the love of my life two years ago. I can’t know your loss. But I understand it completely. My deepest sympathy to you and just knowing that both Jean and Tom are together again and rejoicing in Heaven. I'm Norma Flood's (Tillman) niece Andrea and I only got to be with Jean and Tom thanks to my Aunt Norma working at Ft Sheridan.
