Uncle Chuy, I'm honored and blessed to have had you in my life as a Godfather. I want to thank you for assuming the role as a Godfather, and caring for me and my Family as if we were one of your own. You left me with nothing but great memories, especially those when I was little "Chavo" growing up in Chicago. I will forever be grateful for all the values you instilled in me. You demonstrated to me that with discipline and hard work, everything Is "peanuts" You will be greatly missed but not forgotten. Rest In Peace
