Obituary of Perry Scott NeSmith

Perry Scott NeSmith, 63, of Wisconsin Dells, WI, formerly of Zion, IL, passed away January 13, 2022 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Scott was born December 7, 1958, the first baby born at the Zion Community Hospital. He graduated from Zion-Benton Township Highschool and was a member of Community Christian Church in Beach Park, IL. He worked at Johns Manville, Abbott laboratories, and Baxter International. Scott enjoyed being a member of The Chicago Wise Guys racing organization, working on his vehicles, spending time with family and friends, grilling and relaxing with his dogs (boys) Mr. Beebe and Kingsley. He is survived by his grandson, Skyler NeSmith, daughter-in-law, Chassidy NeSmith; brother Bobby Eugene (Cheryl) NeSmith; life partner, Dana Agostinelli; nephew Eugene (Brittni) NeSmith; nieces, Christina (Thom) Hucher, Tiffany (Brian) NeSmith, Alecia (Renaldo) NeSmith, Tosha (Jeff) Robertson, and Nicole Alexander; great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee, Everly, Bryant, Thomas, Kayson, Payton, Jenna, Dalton, Alexis, and Alianna. He was preceded in death by his son, Kristopher; mother, Sherry NeSmith; father Grady NeSmith, and sister, Loretta Ann NeSmith. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
