Obituary of Heather Buntrock

Heather Joy Buntrock, 26, of Salem, Wisconsin, died on Sunday, September 10, 2006 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Heather was born September 10, 1980 in Waukegan. She graduated from Salem Grade School and from Wilmot High School, class of 1999. Following High School, she attended University of Wisconsin Whitewater for 3 years where she belonged to InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and was also a member of the Optimist Club. She also attended 2 years at Milwaukee Area Technical College where she received her Pharmacy Technician Degree. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Waukegan where she was confirmed in 1995 and was a member of the Chancel Choir. Heather was working part-time at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha as an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician. She was also a 16 year member of the Aquanut Water Show Ski Team in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. She loved singing, snow and water skiing, and sharing life with family and friends. Survivors include her father and mother Loren and Christy Buntrock of Salem, Wisconsin; two sisters Holly (Tim) Heeter of Burlington, Wisconsin and Heidi Buntrock of Salem; one brother Brett (girlfriend Danielle Paster) Buntrock of Salem; her maternal grandparents Bernie and Van Beem of Beach Park; and her paternal grandparents Paul and Ellen Buntrock of Bristol, Wisconsin. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 13, 2006, from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 14th, at 10:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 128 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois, with Rev. Betty Jo "B. J. Birkhahn-Rommelfanger and Rev. Richard Mosley Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion.
