The two of us having grown up together, Fred was a wealth of information relating to our childhood, calling regularly for a chat and an update on all news great or small.
He was a man who admired and loved his wife, expressed pride in his daughter and son, doted on his grandchildren and cherished his brother, cousins and friends. A 'one-of-a-kind', interesting and caring man, Fred will be profoundly missed.
